Welcome to Wall Sticker Decal Hong Kong!
All of our wall words are freshly cut for you from high performance grade vinyl. They can be placed on any smooth, clean surface. Such as walls, glass, windows, mirrors, body of car, tile, etc.
If you need sizes or colors or phrases that we don't have listed, please contact us.
Our Product
Please kindly note that ALL WALL STICKERS DECALS should be applied to Clean, Hard and Dry surfaces or Any Smooth Material such as Metal, Wood, Class, Cardboard, Mirror, Plastic, Laptop Surface etc.
However, in some walls the stickers do not work well. Because it depends on wall’s condition.
Our Decal Set can be easily be removed however, it cannot be reused or re-positioned.
Depending on the age are condition of the wall’s surface, some touch ups may be required.
Return & Refund Policy
We have our confident about our stickers. We hope you are completely satisfied.
Before you apply the stickers, please look at it carefully to check whether it is correct or not.
If your package was damaged during shipment, we will be happy to file a Posting claim for you.
However, stickers must be in their original condition.
Due to the nature of the custom decal business normally there are no refunds. We will gladly replace any items that are defective in material and or workmanship. We must be notified within 5 days of receipt of delivery about any returns.
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Anyway, if the product for any reason does not meet expectations, we will provide you exchange as long as the item is unused, in good condition and returned within 3 -5 days upon your receive. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping, return fee.
We will accept returns for a full refund, minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee, but stickers must be returned undamaged within 3 days of receiving delivery.
When free shipping is offered the cost will be deducted from the refund or exchange.
In addition, we cannot be held responsible for damage packages when a product is returned.

If you want a EMS service(5-9 days),
please contact us in advance, additional POSTAGE will be collected .
After we received your payment, we usually will post your item in 3 -5 working days if the stock available.[except Weekend and Public Holiday in Hong Kong]
Often times they ship the next day. Custom orders may take slightly longer.
Please make sure your Shipping Address in your RECORD & PayPal is matched with your shipping address.
Shipments will be made within 3 to 5 business days upon processing your order.
However, the delivery time cannot be guaranteed it takes 1 to 2 weeks or more for delivery. It’s depend on your location.
